All orders are dispatched to our fulfillment vendor within 3 business day of being placed. Once your order has been handed off to our vendor, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Unopened bags of kibble in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If your kibble arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
